AC-PEG-SH (acrylate Base- ω- Mercapto Polyethylene Glycol)

AC-PEG-SH (acrylate base- ω- Mercaptopolyethylene glycol) is a linear bifunctional peg reagent with acrylamide group, which can be used as free radical initiator or UV light induced polymerization. Ac-peg-sh is usually used to prepare PEG hydrogels, in which peg acrylamide replaces the ester bond in PEG acrylate and has a more stable amide joint. Peg methacrylamide is provided through our custom synthesis service. It has active free sulfhydryl, SH, cysteine, sulfhydryl or sulfhydryl, which selectively reacts with maleimide and new metal surfaces (including gold, silver, etc.). It can be used for reversible PEGylation.
