1. Polyether is a useful antistatic agent, which can provide lasting electrostatic protection for synthetic fibers.

2. Polyether is used as a dispersant in emulsion coatings.

3. Polyether can be used as a crude oil demulsifier, which can effectively prevent the formation of hard scale in oil pipelines and be used for secondary oil recovery.
