Product Application

Dipropylene glycol fragrance grade, referred to as LO+, is a high-purity product suitable for flavors, fragrances and cosmetics that are sensitive to odors. This raw material is a distillation product, the main component of which is dipropylene glycol, with a purity of more than 99.5%, which itself is actually an odorless, colorless, water-soluble and hygroscopic liquid. Dipropylene glycol LO+ has a low vapor pressure and medium viscosity.

Diropylene Glycol LO+ has good viscosity and hygroscopicity, and is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Packed in iron drums, 215KG/drum; transported as general chemicals.

Storage Precautions

Requirements for storage areas and containers : Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Protect from moisture. Store away from heat. Material can attack some forms of plastics. Do not store together with oxidizing and self-igniting products.

Advice on common storage: Carbon/Mild steel with suitable internal coating, stainless stee or HDPE drums.

Matters Needing Attention

Handle empty containers with care - residue can burn if heated. Empty containers should be thoroughly rinsed with copious amounts of clean water.

The rinse water can be used for makeup water for any necessary dilution of the concentrated product before use, or it can be properly discarded.
